If you don't know how to get a sample from a few RARs...

OK, how?
I didn't know you could.

1.. Right click on the file. "Select Extract files...."

2.. A window will open up with a tab at the top the says. "General".
There will be an address bar where you can accept the extraction path
or type in a new one to where you want the files.

3.. Look to the bottom left. You will see a box with the word
"Miscellaneous". Check the circle that says "Keep broken Files."

Hit the okay button. An error dialog box will pop up saying you need
the next file to continue extracting. Click cancel. The error box
will go away, winrar will close, BUT you will still have the partial
file that you can usually preview.
